We keep data collection limited to what is useful for running the site, understanding interest in Sprudlebu and letting people know when booking opens.

Waitlist

If you join the booking waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, together with basic form information such as the page and source of the signup. We use this information to tell you when booking opens and for closely related booking communication.

Waitlist submissions are processed through Formspree. We do not sell your email address or use the waitlist for unrelated marketing.

Analytics

If you choose to accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. This can include information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser information and interactions with links or the booking waitlist.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept analytics in the cookie banner. You can continue using the site without accepting analytics.

Cookies and local storage

We store your analytics choice in your browser so the site remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. Essential site functions may operate without analytics cookies.

You can reopen the choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Who receives data

We currently use Formspree for waitlist form processing and Google Analytics for optional website analytics. Those providers process data according to their own privacy and data-processing terms.

How long we keep information

Waitlist information is kept only as long as it remains useful for the purpose for which it was collected, including the launch of booking and reasonable follow-up. Analytics retention is managed through the Google Analytics property settings.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your waitlist information. You can also decline analytics or change your analytics choice using the cookie settings link in the footer.
